270 Micro Sprints:
Eric Heath takes the victory in the 270 micros …. It has been a while since Eric Heath has visited the track, his return gave him a sweep of the 270’s with a heat win and the feature win. Heath lapped the field and was sneaking up on them for a second time when he cruised to the win. Complete results are 1) 20, Eric Heath 2) 24T, TJ Greve 3) 44M, AJ Mitchell 4) 44, Jake Mitchell

600 Micro Sprints, 20 Laps:
The 600 Micro win goes to Jason Warfield …. It was season win #1 for Jason Warfield as he took the trophy for the 600 feature win. The race got off to a wild start as Jeremy Lynch’s car did a 4-tire acrobatic dance on the track bringing out a red flag. Pole sitter Joey Startt led the restart and the racing got under way. As more cautions came out, Warfield set his sights on Startt and the lead position, working his way from his 5th place start to the 2nd spot. Startt continued to lead the race with both Warfield cars lined up behind him until mechanical issues caused his race to end. With 2 laps to go Jason and brother Jon Warfield assumed the lead and guided the field to the checkered flag. 600 rookie JT Knight ended in an impressive 3rd position with Brad Hughes and Stephanie Jones completing the field. Jr. Mod Lites, Twin 15’s:
JC White sweeps the night .... The Jr Mod Lites shared the track with the Open Mods for the racing action this week. JC White continued his winning ways by taking victory in the heat race and both of the feature events. Track regular Joseph Radford scored second place finishes while Gene Parks cruised to third in all races. Complete results are:

Open Mod Lites, Twin 15’s:
Twin 15’s give wins to Richie Wilson and Scott Tessman ….The Open Mods ran wild feature races for their twin 15 lappers. Race #1 went to Richie Wilson who crossed the finish line inches in front of second place Scott Tessman. The two cars battled cleanly back and forth for the last laps of the race and gave the fans a great show as they were side by side at the checkered flag. Paul McGinly and Zac Weller completed the field. Race #2, although intended to be 15 laps, ended early when a 2nd lap wreck collected many cars including some Jr Mods who ran their race at the same time. Lap one leader Paul McGinley got sideways in the corner, an accordian formed behind him. Scott Tessman maneuvered around the melee and was the last Open Mod Lite left running when the track was ready for racing. Complete results are:

NAPA Chargers:
The Charger win goes to Chris Martinez... No stranger to the winner’s circle, Chris Martinez scored another Charger feature win and heat win. Martinez held the race lead from start to finish, working eventually out to a comfortable lead over the field as he took the checkered flag. Joe Waters and Daniel Hudson fought a good battle on the track for the second spot with Waters taking the position from Hudson and cruising in behind Martinez. Complete results are: 1) 37, Chris Martinez 2) 3W, Joe Waters 3) 11D, Daniel Hudson 4) 2, Hudson 5) 3, Hunter Whorten (DNF) 6) 48, Charlie Hudson (DNF) 7) 9, Woodchuck (DNF) 8) 89, Derrick Swafford (DNF)

Super Trucks:
Tyler White takes his Super Truck to victory lane … Tyler White has been a frequent visitor to victory lane this season and he has added another trophy to his collection. With a front row start along side Tom Lecates, White was fast to take the race lead and not let go until taking the win. Lecates and Guy Mitchell were on White’s heels for the entire race. While passing through lapped traffic it looked as though White may be challenged for the lead but he skillfully maneuvered around the other trucks and did not give up his spot. John Wingrove and Matt Long rounded out the top 5 while having a great race on the track for the fourth spot. Wingrove edged Long out to take the position.
