Friday 600 Micro Sprints, 30 Laps:
Brian Carber takes home the 600 Micro win …. Luke Thomas was on his bumper but Brian Carber held on to his lead and scored the feature win. It looked as though it would be Joey Startt’s night, leading the first 25+ laps until his car would no longer cooperate. Carber was quick to assume the lead position and keep it for the balance of the race. The cars were racy throughout the field, passing high and low. Hard chargers Thomas, moving from thirteenth to his second spot and Tyler Walton who raced from his start in 20th to a third place finish put on a great show for the spectators to see. Carber, not a stranger to victory lane at Middleford, lead the pack to the checkered flag. Thomas and Walton followed through as Tyler DeVault and Ryan Greth wrapped up the top five.
